Ingredients

Soya Chaap - 800 gm (4-5 serve)

Curd - 1 cup

Onion - 2 to 3 as per size chopped in small pieces

Tomato - 3 to 4 chopped in small pieces

Coriander leaves and Kasuri Methi

Green Chilly as per taste

Garlic cloves - 3-4 as per taste

Ginger as per taste

Raw spices - cinnamon, cloves, cardamom 4-5 pieces and 1 tea spoon cumin

Coriander powder - 2-3 tsp

Soya Chaap Masala - 2-3 tsp (In case of non-availability, use Garam Masala)

Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 2 spoon

Cumin powder - ½ tea spoon

Turmeric powder - ½ tea spoon

Salt as per taste

Method:


Remove the sticks of the Soya Chaap and cut the Soya Chaap into small pieces

Heat 3-4 table spoon of vegetable oil in the pan to shallow deep fry the cut pieces of Soya Chaap.

Fry soya chaap till its colour change to golden colour and take out this in a plate.

Sprinkle Soya Masala, salt and curd in the fried Soya Chaap.

Mix it well and leave it for 20 minutes in the cool place for margination

Add some more oil to pan and heat it

Put all the raw spices into the heated oil.

After few second put onion and tomato and cook it until onion becomes soft.

Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder and garam masala, add half cup of water and mix it well.

Fry masalas very well until oil get separated from it.

After few minutes add marinated Soya Chaap and cook for 5 minutes

Add water as per the consistency or curry required.

Cook for 5-10 minutes then add fresh cream with Kasuri Methi

Soya Chaap Masala is ready.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it.

Serve with Roti, Parathas or Rice.
